What You’ll Do:
- Assist with installation of residential water treatment systems, including:
- Water softeners and filtration systems.
- Reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
- Support service, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Work alongside experienced technicians in the field.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
What You’ll Learn (Paid Training):
- Water treatment system installation and service.
- Reverse osmosis and UV purification systems.
- Pressure tanks and residential well system basics.
- Equipment diagnostics and repair.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
- Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical work.
- Field service or installation experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, bend, and remain active for extended periods during work shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment:
- Field-based role at residential customer locations.
