Atlantic Blue Water Services is hiring a Water Treatment Apprentice to join our growing team. If you’re dependable, motivated, and want to learn a hands-on trade, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career.
You’ll receive paid, on-the-job training working alongside experienced technicians installing and servicing residential water treatment systems.
Career Path: This role offers advancement to a Water Treatment Technician position, including a company vehicle upon promotion.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with installation of:
- Water softeners & filtration systems.
- Reverse osmosis systems.
- UV purification systems.
- Acid neutralizers & pressure tanks.
- Support service calls and equipment troubleshooting.
- Learn residential well system basics.
- Work directly with customers in their homes.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical work is a plus (not required).
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday.
- Overtime available based on workload.
Work Location:
- In-person (field-based, residential job sites)
